A topical map is Entity + Attribute pairs — never keyword clusters. You don't rank keywords; you rank topics. This is the blueprint AGENTS WELCOME is built from, following Koray Tugberk Gübür's semantic-SEO method: one Central Entity, decomposed into a Core and an Outer section.

Why 8 Core : 4 Outer
The ~65 / ~35 Core/Outer allocation sits inside Koray's canonical 60–70 / 30–40 band — by design, not by accident. Coverage is judged by entity-attribute completeness, not raw page count.
Honest scope
All 12 pillar hubs are live right now — open /protocols or /glossary and read. Over 140 entity subpages are already published across the four Almanac pillars, each with a markdown twin, JSON-LD and a JSON API beside it. The full blueprint plans ~180–200 entity subpages; that build is ongoing. What's proven here is the shape — the Core/Outer allocation is real, and the hubs are clickable.
