The ~65 / ~35 Core/Outer allocation sits inside Koray's canonical 60–70 / 30–40 band — by design. Coverage is judged by entity-attribute completeness, not raw page count.

## Honest scope

All 12 pillar hubs are live now (open /protocols or /glossary). Over 140 entity subpages are already published across the four Almanac pillars, each with a markdown twin, JSON-LD and a JSON API. The full blueprint plans ~180–200 entity subpages; that build is ongoing. What's proven is the shape — the Core/Outer allocation is real and the hubs are clickable.
