## 2026-07-29 — site / added

Two comparison guides added: 'x402 vs AP2 vs ACP vs UCP' (/commerce/x402-vs-ap2-vs-acp-vs-ucp) compares the four agent-payment protocols head-to-head, and 'llms.txt vs robots.txt vs agents.txt' (/agent-readiness/llms-txt-vs-robots-txt-vs-agents-txt) compares the three root files — every dated claim verified against its primary spec on 2026-07-29. Also fixed: the /commerce rail table's ACP link now points to the Agentic Commerce Protocol record (it was mislinked to the IBM/AGNTCY Agent Communication Protocol).

Full-site audit pass: every Almanac hub now links each record's canonical item page (visible, markdown twin and JSON-LD), GET on the POST-only /api/audit and /api/pay returns a 405 with usage instead of a 404, /data/trusted-keys.json is now served as agents.json promises, /favicon.ico exists, and data corrections landed (robots.txt adherence is now tri-state with 'unclear', Magistral Medium release date, two source stubs restored to honest wording).

Almanac enrichment: datasets expanded to 31 crawlers, 28 protocols, 30 models and 57 glossary terms, and the fifth dataset — State of the Agentic Web (measured and cited adoption figures) — went live at /state-of-the-agentic-web.

Engagement layer shipped: NLWeb-style /api/ask (grounded Q&A over the Almanac), real Ed25519 Web Bot Auth verification on /api/whoami, this changelog (/api/updates + /updates.xml), an A2A Agent Card at /.well-known/agent.json, and an agent-traffic dashboard at /analytics.

Hardened the Agent-Readiness auditor against SSRF: private/reserved/link-local targets (incl. cloud metadata) are refused and redirects are re-validated per hop. Added a zero-dependency test suite (npm test) and load-time dataset validation.

The Agentic Web Almanac launched: four reference datasets — AI Crawler Registry, Protocol Atlas, Model Matrix, Lexicon — each as a page, a JSON endpoint, a markdown twin and a WebMCP tool, plus /api/search and /api/verify-crawler.
